Pelltech® is a strong binder and lubricant from lignin (oak trees) . It is used in pelletized and lubricating formulas and raw materials (alfalfa meal, orange pulp, etc.). It reduces the electricity consumption (kwh/TN feed). It improves the procedure of the production and can be successfully used with starch as binders and lubricants.

Pelltech® is a lignosulphonate -based product that has been specially enhanced to make it more effective as a processing aid. It will extend the life of pelleting dies. It maintains the pellet durability, resulting in more pellets and more quality.

At typical inclusion rates of 0.25 to 1.0% Pelltech® can smooth out rough extrusion, allow the mill to run hotter, faster, and with better pellet quality and less chock problems.
